Toffee Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients

 2 cups peanuts
 1 – 2 tablespoons agave, if desired
 Pinch of salt (if using unsalted peanuts)
 Oil as needed
 3/4 cup Heath bits

Directions

If you’re using raw, unsalted peanuts, roast them at 325 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes and let cool for five minutes.

Stick them in the processor when slightly cooled and process until smooth. You really don’t need to add oil to peanut butter, but it makes it really creamy and it’s much easier to stir goodies into.

In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter and Heath bits and stir to combine.
