Tortilla Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

 1 1/4 lb. Ground beef
 1 Small chopped onion
 1/2 c. Green pepper, chopped
 3 cans (6 oz.) Tomato paste
 1 1/4 c.Water
 1 c. Salsa
 2 c. Fresh or frozen corn
 1 1/2 c. Fresh tomatoes, chopped
 3/4 c. Ripe olives, chopped
 1 envelope Taco seasoning
 3 tsp. Garlic powder
 1 1/2 tsp. Dried parsley flakes
 1/2 tsp. Dried oregano
 1/8 tsp. Salt
 1/4 tsp. Pepper
 32 flour or corn tortillas
 8 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

In a skillet, over medium heat, cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine water and tomato paste until blended. Add salsa. Stir in meat corn, seasonings, olives and tomatoes.

Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheets. On each tortilla, evenly spread 1/4 c. meat mixture and on top sprinkle with 1/4 c. of cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted (5 to 7 minutes).
