Gochujang Salmon
This fast and delicious gochujang salmon is perfect any night of the week. The sweet and savory marinade adds so much flavor to the salmon. Enjoy this Korean-inspired dish on its own or pair it with rice, greens, and veggies for a complete meal.

- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 lb salmon fillets
In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, garlic, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and coat with marinade. Let sit 10-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
- For spicier salmon, use more gochujang. For milder, use less.
- Let marinate up to overnight for more flavor.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes or air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes.
