Quick and Easy Gochujang Aioli

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tsp gochujang (to taste)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. For best flavor, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more gochujang.
  • For vegan, use eggless vegan mayo.
