In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended.
Place desired protein or vegetables in a resealable plastic bag or container. Pour in marinade and seal bag/container. Massage marinade into ingredients until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 1-8 hours, occasionally flipping bag/container.
Remove protein/veggies from marinade and cook as desired. Discard used marinade.
