14ouncesextra firm tofu, drained, pressed and cubed
3clovesgarlic, minced
3tablespoonsgochujang
3tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoontoasted sesame oil
2cupsbroccoli florets
1cupsnap peas
1red bell pepper, sliced
Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Heat a skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook 5 minutes until browned.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Add gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, snap peas, and bell pepper. Stir fry until crisp-tender, about 5 more minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
