Korean Gochujang Vinaigrette

Korean Gochujang Vinaigrette

This is a classic gochujang vinaigrette that comes together in just 5 minutes. It has a nice balance of sweet and heat. Use it to dress leafy salads or soba noodle salads.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Drizzle over salads, stir fries or grilled meats.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
