Gochujang Cheesy Potatoes
Baked potatoes filled with a gochujang-spiked cheese sauce.
- 4 baked potatoes
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Bake potatoes until done. Slice open.
Mix gochujang, yogurt, scallions, lime juice and salt.
Spoon mixture into potatoes and top with shredded cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
