Gochujang Eggs

Gochujang, the fiery Korean chili paste, adds delicious heat and flavor to eggs. This easy gochujang egg recipe makes for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and gochujang until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are scrambled and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove pan from heat. Top eggs with scallions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve eggs immediately, while hot.
