Gochujang Grilled Potato Skewers
Grilled potato skewers with a sweet and spicy marinade.
- 1 lb potatoes, cubed
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Whisk together marinade ingredients.
Toss potatoes in marinade. Thread onto skewers.
Grill for 15-20 minutes, brushing with marinade, until charred and cooked through.
