Gochujang Potato Soup

Ingredients

potatoes, diced

onion, diced

garlic cloves

vegetable broth

milk or cream

gochujang
Salt and pepper
Bacon bits
Scallions
Sour cream
Instructions
Simmer potatoes, onion and garlic in broth until tender.
Purée soup. Stir in milk or cream.
Season with gochujang, salt and pepper.
Top bowls with bacon bits, scallions and sour cream.
