Ingredients

cumin powder

hot water
Lemon juice (optional)
Honey (optional)
Instructions
Boil water in a small pot or kettle. Remove from heat when fully boiling.
Add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder to a heatproof cup or glass.
Pour the hot water over the cumin powder. Stir to fully dissolve the powder.
Allow the cumin tea to steep for 5-10 minutes to bring out the flavors.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the flavor, if desired.
Stir in a drizzle of honey to sweeten the drink, if desired.
Enjoy the aromatic cumin water warm! Drink daily on an empty stomach.
Notes
Tip:
Using freshly roasted and ground cumin powder will provide the most flavor and aroma. But you can use ready-made cumin powder as well.
