This delicious smoothie recipe makes the perfect healthy and nutritious breakfast. It’s super thick, super creamy and super tasty, and made from only 4 ingredients!

You could also add ice to this smoothie and top it off with fresh berries.

Ingredients

1 banana

200g/7oz vanilla yoghurt

1 tsp. honey/maple syrup

1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

1Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and delicious.
