Easy Chicken Fajitas

Easy Chicken Fajitas Recipe

 1 lb. chicken breast
 1 package of your favorite taco or fajita seasoning
 1 package of tortillas
 1 Spanish onion diced
 1 green bell pepper diced
 1 shredded cheese
 1 can of your favorite salsa

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add chicken, cook for 20 minutes, make sure there is no pink, take out of the water and cool about 10 minutes.

Using two forks shred and pull the chicken in two different directions till it’s at desired shredded texture.

Heat a pan and add onion and pepper, cook until it's tender. Add the shredded chicken, follow directions listed on the back of the seasoning packet. Remove from heat when done.

Heat tortillas in the microwave and then assemble your fajita with the cheese and salsa and enjoy!
