Easy Pumpkin Seeds

One of our favorite things about the Pumpkin seeds Recipe is that there is so many different ways to modify it to make them taste different.
The first thing you are going to need to do is to remove the Pumpkin seeds from within the large pumpkin that you purchased. To do this cut off the top of the pumpkin in a circular fashion and pull off the top junk. Begin tearing out the seeds from the inside and put them into a bowl.
Immediately after this you should begin running cold water on them and picking the pulp and strings off of the seeds. It is best to do this first thing because when they dry it gets harder to remove.
Grease a baking sheet and then place the pumpkin seeds on it in 1 layer and sprinkle them with salt. Use as much salt as you prefer. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the sheet into the oven and bake until the seeds are toasted. Usually this takes about 25 minutes but you should check them after 10 minutes and stir them around a bit.
Now all you have to do is remove them, let them cool and you can serve them or store them in an air tight container. This is an extremely quick and easy Halloween recipe and they make an awesome snack. As always if you use this recipe send us some pics below in the comment section!
