Lemon Garlic Dijon Sauce Salmon

This dish is quick, easy and affordable. Remember to get fresh salmon, the difference is huge. Adding capers to the sauce can improve the taste greatly.
- Yields: For 1 person
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Take out filets and place them skin side down on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine other ingredients and whisk together.
Spread sauce over filets and place in the oven for 12-15 min.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
