This dish is quick, easy and affordable. Remember to get fresh salmon, the difference is huge. Adding capers to the sauce can improve the taste greatly.
Salmon filet ( around 6 oz.)
Dijon mustard ( about 1.5 tablespoons )
1 Clove of garlic, minced
Lemon juice ( half of a lemon)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2Take out filets and place them skin side down on a baking sheet.
3In a bowl, combine other ingredients and whisk together.
4Spread sauce over filets and place in the oven for 12-15 min.
5Remove from oven and serve immediately.
