Adding capers to the sauce can improve the taste greatly. Yields: For 1 person Ingredients Salmon filet ( around 6 oz.) Dijon mustard ( about 1.5 tablespoons ) 1 Clove of garlic, minced Lemon juice ( half of a lemon) 1 tablespoon of olive oil Chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste (optional) capers Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Take out filets and place them skin side down on a baking sheet. In a bowl, combine other ingredients and whisk together. Spread sauce over filets and place in the oven for 12-15 min.
