Sesame Baked Salmon

Sesame Baked Salmon Recipe

 500 g (17 oz) salmon fillet
 1 cup sesame
Marinade Ingredients
 ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)
 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
 4 tablespoons soy sauce
 2 oranges
 1 tablespoon mustard

Cut the salmon fillet into pieces about 2.5 inches wide.

Place them in the deep bowl.

In a small pan mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

Bring the marinade to a boil and pour it over the salmon pieces.

Let them soak for 2 hours (no more).

Put the sesame on the cutting board.

Roll the salmon pieces in the sesame.

Place them into the deep greasy roasting tin.

Bake at 350 ºF (180 ºC) for 30 minutes.
