This easy and delicious recipe makes a great healthy snack for when you’re on the go and is a fantastic alternative to crisps.

1 sweet potato
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
11. Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.
22. Slice the potato as thin as possible using a mandolin or sharp knife.
33. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper then sprinkle with cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.
44. Cook for 45 minutes then turn the crisps over and bake for a further 30 minutes.
