1In a skillet, over medium heat, cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine water and tomato paste until blended. Add salsa. Stir in meat corn, seasonings, olives and tomatoes.
2Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheets. On each tortilla, evenly spread 1/4 c. meat mixture and on top sprinkle with 1/4 c. of cheese.
3Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted (5 to 7 minutes).
