Baked Turkey Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

 Turkey: 1 (8-pound)
 Cooking oil.
 Unsalted butter, softened, divided:1/2 pound
 Tomatoes, sliced
 Pea greens, boilled
 Thyme sprigs: 10
 Salt.
 Cracked black pepper.
 Mayonnaise
 Coriander, chopped: 1/2 cup.
 Tuscan bread or square bread: 12 slices

Directions

Place the turkey in a roasting pan that has been greased with cooking oil.

Rub 1/4 pound of softened butter under the skin, then insert the coriander and thyme sprigs, be careful not to break the skin .

Rub the remaining butter on the outside of the skin.

Then sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Roast the turkey for 2 1/2 hours.

Remove the turkey from the oven and let it stay for 30 minutes.

Slice it down.

Toast the bread.

Now fix the sandwiches using mayonnaise, turkey, sliced tomatoes and pea greens.

Serve it with chilli sauce, to make it hot.
