Boboli Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients

 1 pk. Dry Yeast
 1/4 c. Water
 2 1/4 c. Warm water
 6 tbsp. Olive oil, extra for pans
 6 c. Flour
 1 tsp. Salt

Directions

In warm water, dissolve yeast and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Add water, olive oil, flour and salt; mix well. Turn onto board and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl, cover with a damp and let rise for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the dough to 3 parts and place in 3 olive pie pans (oiled).

With fingers, dimple the dough. Let rise for 50-60 minutes.

Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. May dip in olive oil.

Top with desired topping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. You can dip in olive oil.
