Ingredients
2 c. coarsely chopped cilantro
1 T. honey
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 t. sea salt
1/2 t. freshly-ground black pepper

In blender or food processor, combine cilantro, honey, garlic and 1/2 c. vinegar. Blend well then add remaining vinegar.

With machine running, slowly add oil, then salt and pepper.

Transfer to a bottle and chill. Keeps well for three days.
