Ingredients
1/2 lb. of your favorite white fish
1cup Panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1 avocado
1/4 cup pico de gio
1 clove of garlic
1 package of small flour tortilla
1 package of coleslaw
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil

In a food processor combine avocado, salsa, lime juice and garlic.

Dredge fish in egg, and then in bread crumbs.

Heat oil in pan, and fry fish for 1 min each side till golden and crispy.

Place fish filets on the tortilla, with coleslaw, and drizzle avocado sauce.
