Ingredients
1 gallon of white vinegar (mine was $1.19)
Gherkin cucumbers
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt
Minced garlic blanched
Red onion sliced.
Dill
Directions

Boil the vinegar, add the sugar and salt and boil until its dissolved.

Fill mason jars with things to be pickled.

Add garlic and dill to each.

Fill with the liquid and cover.

Put them in the fridge and wait a few days/weeks/months.

They taste good right away and better down the road!
