Fried Bananas Recipe

Ingredients

 4 cups of oil, for deep frying.
 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
 1 cup of rice flour.
 1 cup of water.
 ¾ cup of shredded coconut.
 ½ cup of coconut milk.
 ¼ cup of sesame seeds.
 3 tablespoons of sugar.
 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
 ½ teaspoon of salt.

Directions

Peel each banana and slice into four lengthways.

Combine all of the batter ingredients and stir to mix together.

Heat the oil in a wok to 375°F (190°C).

Dip each piece of banana into the batter and then deep-fry until golden brown.

Remove from the oil, drain and serve as desired.
