Irish Crème Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients

 ½ cup of ground coffee beans
 1 ¾ cup of water
 ¼ cup of Bailey's Irish crème
 ½ cup of mascarpone cheese
 8 ounces of softened fat-free crème cheese
 1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
 ¼ cup of granulated sugar
 24 ladyfingers
 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder

You will want to make coffee in your coffee maker using the coffee beans and water. Once the coffee is brewed you will put the coffee into a shallow dish. Add in 2 tbsp of the Bailey's Irish crème and set the dish aside allowing for it to cool. Take a large bowl and combine the mascarpone and crème cheese. You want to beat it at a high speed until it is smooth. Now add in your brown sugar, granulated sugar, and remaining Irish crème. Beat it until it is well blended. Get out your 8 inch square baking dish. Split your ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Quickly dip the flat side of the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and place the halves on the bottom of the baking dish. You will want to use half of the ladyfingers. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the ladyfingers. Sprinkle with half of the cocoa powder. You will repeat this process and chill the dessert for about 2 hours.

Once it is chilled it will be ready for you and your guests to enjoy. This is one dish that you will be able to be proud of.
