Nacho Niblets Recipe

Ingredients

 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
 1/2 Cup Red Onions (chopped)
 1 Clove Garlic (peeled and chopped)
 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
 1 Can Refried Beans (16 oz can)
 1 Tablespoon Cilantro (chopped)
 22 Corn Chip Cups
 1/2 Cup Taco Cheese Blend
 1/2 Cup Salsa (drained)

Directions

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl combine the sour cream and the chili powder.

Cook the cumin, cayenne pepper, onions and garlic in the oil for 3 minutes.

Add the beans and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add the cilantro.

Fill the chips with the mixture.

Top with the cheese and make for 1 minute.

Top with the salsa and sour cream mixture.
