Parmesan Cashew Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

 Cashews: 1 cup
 Grated Parmesan: 1/2 cup
 Buttermilk: 1 quart
 Boneless Chicken Breast: 4 defrosted
 Salt: To taste
 Season: To taste

Put defrosted chicken in a bowl and add buttermilk and leave them for at least 4 hours.

Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 350.

In a food processor Crush cashews to bread crumb consistency

Add Parmesan and pulse a couple of times to properly mix everything up.

Take the chicken out of the fridge and roll each chicken breast in the Parmesan and cashew mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until its color changes to golden brown
