Pineapple and Black Bean Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

 15 oz. can cubed pineapple, drained
 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
 1 cup taco ‘meat’
 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
 1 tsp. minced onion

Directions

Start by sauteeing the ‘meat’ in a little olive oil over medium high heat.

In a separate bowl, combine the pineapple and beans together. Add the spices and stir well to distribute.

When the ‘meat’ is browned, add the pineapple and black bean mixture to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 or 15 minutes.
