Sausage and Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

 4 sweet Italian sausages
 1 green bell pepper sliced
 1 red pepper sliced
 1 large onion sliced into half rings
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 1 can whole peeled tomatoes (you know, the big can)
 2 tbs olive oil
 salt n’ peppa

Directions

In a large skillet, cook the sausages until the pink is gone.

I sliced mine in half. Remove from pan. Add the olive oil and all the veggies. Cook until soft.

Add tomatoes and cook down the water.

I let mine simmer for about 30 minutes afterward.

Add the sausage. Cook for 10 more and serve!
