3/4 pound sunflower seeds
1/4 cup agave
Salt and oil as needed

If you’re using raw sunflower seeds, roast them until slightly brown and salt if desired. I used pre-roasted and pre-salted seeds, so I skipped this step.

Toss them in your food processor and let them go until buttery. Start drizzling in oil (about two tablespoons) after about a minute, and it should be done soon.
